We do not sell, rent, or loan our mailing list to any other organisation. Our partner organisation Mission India in the USA has access to this information, but this is solely for monitoring purposes.
The information you provide, such as your address, e-mail address, and telephone number, is only used within Mission India to ensure accurate, timely processing of donations. Everything is kept confidential and we will remove any information from our files at your request. We are members in good standing of the Fundraising Regulator and Charities commission for Financial Accountability and abide by their recommendations.

As a member in good standing with the Charities Commission and the Fundraising Regulator, Mission India abides by their standards, which state that all donations are non-refundable unless made by debit/credit card above £100, which are subject to a seven day ‘cooling off’ period. Mission India may consider (in its absolute discretion) a refund if the donation was made accidentally or in some other extremely unusual circumstance if Mission India receives a written request within 48 hours of the donation. Mission India will never issue a refund after the donated funds have been granted to a project.
